Another great session of conference...

Every six months the leaders of our church get together and share messages with the 13 million+ saints that can be received via Internet, magazine, television or at the conference center in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is so wonderful to hear from the Apostles of the Lord and the Prophet of the World. I love that Heavenly Father and the Savior, Jesus Christ, are living and still give revelation to us today.

The following are some of the quotes or thoughts that stuck out to us:

- "The best is yet to be." -Elder Perry
- "There are spiritual benifits to a simplistic lifestyle." Elder Perry
- "The Gospel is the compelling force in our life." Sister Allred
- "Glorify God through good works." Elder Uchtdorf
- "Never allow depair to overcome your Spirit." E. Uchtdorf
- "Come what may, love it." Elder Wirthlin
- "Adversity handled correctly becomes a blessing in our lives. Learn to love it." E. Wirthlin
- "Not all angels are on the other side of the viel... They walk with us, teach us, give birth to us, and interact with us daily." Elder Holland
- "The prayers of the Prophet are childlike in their simplicity and powerful in their sincerity." Elder Bednar
- "Step away from situation of disovling seeds of disunity." Elder Eyring
- "Christian courgae." Elder Hales
- "True disciples of Christ see opportunity even in admist of opposition." Elder Hales
- "To be guiless is to have a child like innocence looking for our own fault first asking 'is it I'?" Elder Hales
- "Nothing is as constant as change." Pres. Monson
- ""Never let a problem to be solved become more important than a person to be loved." Pres. Monson
